Network IPS: IBM Proventia Network IPS GX6116

During Q4 2010, NSS Labs performed an independent test of the IBM Proventia Network IPS GX6116 as part of our Network IPS Group Test. NSS Labs evaluated the product configured with the default, "out-of-the-box" settings, then again as optimally tuned by IBM prior to testing to provide a range of information on key IPS security effectiveness and performance dimensions. 

While the Network IPS Group Test Report provides comparative information about those products, this Individual Test Report provides further detailed information not available elsewhere.
